In light of recent problems with one of our hosting companies, ivhosting we have decided to move servers. Lunarpages is now our webhost and thus far faster, nicer, and more reliable. We had several issues with ivhosting’s email servers as well as database servers crashing. (more…)

ServerBeach has so far been one of the better hosting companies on the low-end market for dedicated server sales. They have the same verification procedure as other mainstream sites with a phone call. I will say though, do not say you are going to use it for “company email”, the salesperson turned into a persecutor of justice against spam on me. He was like “so for like opt-in lists”, taken off guard I was like “what?” He then spoke again more aggressively, “you know <some term I’m unfamiliar with> “. After a bit of scribble and I telling him I didn’t like his behavior one bit, and I was getting ready to hang up. He recovered and completed the purchase.

Now the service I got was great, setup up very quickly. So far the server has been working great and without problems. I would give this place 4 stars out of 5. I feel that it’s great place to find a good deal on dedicated servers.

I have so other experiences with hosts you should see Sitegenie and The Planet. I hope this helps someone looking for low-end dedicated

Alright yesterday I discussed the wonders of wordpress and some great plugins. But today its all about google and the code.

One of the first things I do when I attempt to overthrow the tenure of a particular keyword squatter is I research google, alexa, and a few other sites. Here’s how. since this is for Hawk Enterprises the keywords we want to win for now is simple ‘Hawk Enterprises’

As we have been looking at hawkenterprises as a market space for a while. Currently we had two competitors in our market space, which would be the owners of the .com and the .net.

To be fair to these people before I started to completely blow them off all the major search I offered to buy their domains. Of course they refused.
